Eagle Tokyo is not the dark leather bar its American name suggests — it’s a bright, Brooklyn-style shot bar on Ni-chōme’s main block, with a Tom of Finland mural, cheap drinks and a talkative mixed crowd that makes it one of the easiest first stops for foreigners.
