Moonwalker has appeared in older (pre-2022) backpacker and gay-travel forum threads as one of the few bars on the Macau Peninsula with a gay-friendly or mixed queer crowd. It is a small, unpretentious bar rather than a dedicated gay venue. There is still in current 2026 bar listings — confirm on the night confirming it is still open, and an editor should treat current operating status as unverified.
