Volume has appeared in multiple round-ups of Hong Kong's gay Soho strip as a bar-level complement to the club at Propaganda, offering a lower-key drinking environment earlier in the evening. Its proximity to the Mid-Levels Escalator makes it accessible. Given the pace of closures in Soho since 2020, its current status is uncertain.
