As a Recruitment Specialist at CCTRN, you will play a critical role in attracting, identifying, and onboarding top talent across various disciplines. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing recruitment strategies to managing the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout.

Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies: This involves identifying suitable recruitment channels, crafting compelling job descriptions, and utilizing various sourcing techniques to reach a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Experience with online recruitment platforms and social media marketing is essential.
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: From initial screening and interviewing to extending job offers and conducting background checks, you will be responsible for managing each stage of the recruitment process efficiently and effectively.
Sourcing and screening candidates: You will review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for CCTRN. This requires a strong understanding of different skill sets and the ability to identify high-potential individuals.
Conducting interviews: You will conduct both phone and in-person interviews, utilizing various techniques to assess candidates' skills, experience, and personality. Experience in behavioral interviewing and competency-based questioning is highly desirable.
Managing candidate relationships: You will maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and transparent experience. This includes providing timely feedback and updates.
Onboarding new hires: You will collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees. This includes handling paperwork, coordinating training, and facilitating introductions to the team.
Maintaining accurate records: You will maintain detailed records of all recruitment activities, including applicant tracking, interview notes, and offer letters. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a significant advantage.
Developing and maintaining relationships with universities and recruitment agencies: You will actively network with universities and recruitment agencies to build strong relationships and identify potential candidates.
Staying current with recruitment best practices and trends: You will continuously research and implement the latest recruitment strategies and technologies to optimize the recruitment process.
Contributing to the development of CCTRN's employer branding: You will help to build and enhance CCTRN's reputation as an employer of choice, attracting top talent within the cultural translation and research industry.


Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a professional services or academic environment.
Proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles across various levels.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential. Additional language skills are a plus.
A genuine interest in Chinese culture and a passion for promoting intercultural understanding.
