Ingredients:


- 8 ounces beef strip or tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup fresh snow peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 red chili pepper, seeded and minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:


1. Cut the beef against the grain into thin strips. Add soy sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil and cornstarch and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the beef and cook, stirring constantly, until browned.
3. Add the snow peas, garlic, ginger, and chili pepper and cook, stirring constantly, until the snow peas are bright green and tender.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately with rice.
