Introduction

The China Cultural Tourism Administration (CCTA), under the leadership of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, is a national administrative agency responsible for promoting and developing cultural tourism in China. We aim to preserve and showcase China's rich cultural heritage while promoting sustainable tourism practices.

Mission

Our mission is to enhance the appreciation, understanding, and preservation of Chinese culture among domestic and international visitors, promote economic development through tourism, and establish China as a leading destination for cultural tourism.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the CCTA include:
Developing and implementing national cultural tourism policies and strategies
Promoting and marketing China's cultural tourism resources worldwide
Regulating and managing cultural tourism activities to ensure their sustainability
Cooperating with domestic and international organizations to enhance cultural tourism exchange
Providing guidance and support to local cultural tourism administrations
Conducting research and analysis on cultural tourism trends and market needs
Promoting cultural heritage preservation through tourism initiatives
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of cultural tourism programs

Recruitment Positions

To fulfill our mission, the CCTA is seeking to hire qualified individuals for the following positions:

1. Cultural Tourism Officer
Bachelor's degree in cultural heritage, tourism management, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cultural tourism or a related industry
Excellent knowledge of Chinese culture and history
Strong understanding of tourism marketing and promotion strategies
Fluency in Chinese and English

2. Cultural Heritage Specialist
Master's degree in cultural heritage or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cultural heritage preservation or management
Expertise in traditional Chinese arts, crafts, and architecture
Strong understanding of cultural tourism policies and regulations
Fluency in Chinese and English

3. Tourism Marketing Manager
Bachelor's degree in tourism management, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tourism marketing and promotion
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies
Experience in developing and executing tourism campaigns
Fluency in Chinese and English
