This pressure to conform molds individuals into predetermined societal expectations, suppressing their authentic selves in favor of upholding appearances.

As a child, I witnessed the constant struggle my parents faced to preserve their façade. They toiled tirelessly, not for their own fulfillment, but for the sake of their reputation. Success was measured not by personal contentment but by external validation and social status.

The weight of these expectations extends far beyond the family unit.
