We are currently recruiting for several key positions, each offering a unique opportunity to make a significant contribution to the future of Chinese tourism. The following are some of the current vacancies:

Senior Marketing and Communications Manager

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to promote Chinese tourism destinations and products globally.
Manage the CTA’s social media presence and digital marketing initiatives.
Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and videos.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and influencers.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Manage a team of marketing and communications professionals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
At least 8 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a proven track record of success in the tourism industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
Understanding of the Chinese tourism market and its cultural nuances.


Research Analyst

Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research on various aspects of the Chinese tourism industry, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
Analyze data and prepare reports to inform strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain databases of tourism-related information.
Present research findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective use of research findings.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, tourism management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in market research or data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.


International Cooperation Officer

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with international tourism organizations and agencies.
Coordinate international tourism cooperation projects.
Represent the CTA at international conferences and events.
Translate and interpret documents and communications.
Facilitate the exchange of information and best practices between Chinese and international tourism stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in international relations, tourism management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in international cooperation or tourism-related work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese; fluency in a third language is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
Understanding of international tourism policies and regulations.
